Research Use Only

Important: All products sold by WelonPeptide are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes. They are not for human or veterinary use.

• Our products are not drugs, medicines, supplements, foods or cosmetics.
• Our products have not been evaluated by any health authority to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.
• You must not ingest, inject, inhale, apply or otherwise administer our products to humans or animals.
• Nothing on the Site, in our emails, messages, videos or social media is medical advice or a claim about health benefits.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are buying the products solely for lawful research use and that you will handle them only by qualified individuals in a suitable laboratory setting.

Eligibility

You may use the Site and buy from us only if:

• You are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract.
• You are purchasing for research purposes, either for yourself as a qualified individual or on behalf of a laboratory, institution or company.
• It is legal for you to buy, possess and import the products in your country, state or region.

We may refuse or cancel any order if we believe these conditions are not met.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Checking and complying with all laws, regulations and import or customs rules that apply to you.
• Using, storing, handling and disposing of the products safely and in line with proper laboratory practice.
• Providing accurate and complete information when you order.
• Keeping your account details secure, if you create an account. You are responsible for all activity under it.

Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not:

• Use any product for human or veterinary use, or resell or supply products for that purpose.
• Make health, medical or therapeutic claims about our products.
• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems or other users’ data.
• Copy, scrape or misuse our content, images, videos or lab documents without our permission.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Site.

Products and Lab Reports

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as we can. Colors, images and packaging may differ slightly from what you receive. Product information, including purity figures and Certificates of Analysis (COA), relates only to the specific batch tested and is provided for research reference.

Products are supplied as lyophilized material unless stated otherwise. We may update, change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Orders and Pricing

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email or dispatch it.
• We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, for example because of stock errors, pricing mistakes, suspected fraud or legal restrictions. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you.
• Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
• Taxes, duties and import charges, where they apply, are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.

Payment

Payment is due when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may vary by country. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you choose.

We may delay or cancel orders while we carry out payment or identity checks.

Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are normally dispatched within 48 business hours. Delivery times shown are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Delays can be caused by customs, carriers, weather or other events outside our control, and we are not liable for them.
• You must provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by you.
• Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you provided.
• Orders are packed discreetly and shipped with tracking where available.

Returns and Refunds

Because of the nature of our products, opened, used or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded.

• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
• If we confirm the problem, we will replace the item, correct the order or issue a refund at our discretion.
• Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
• We are not responsible for products seized, delayed or returned by customs or authorities. Please check your local rules before ordering.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, designs and software, belongs to WelonPeptide or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse it for any other purpose without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that products are suitable for any purpose other than lawful laboratory research.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WelonPeptide and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or products, including any use contrary to these Terms.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WelonPeptide and its owners, employees and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services such as payment providers, carriers and messaging apps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site, or cancel your orders, at any time and without notice if we believe you have broken these Terms or the law. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including those about research use, liability and indemnification, will survive termination.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WelonPeptide is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will apply from the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page. By continuing to use the Site or place orders after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms. Please check this page regularly.

General

• Entire agreement: these Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and us.
• Severability: if any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• No waiver: if we do not enforce a right, it does not mean we give it up.
• Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.
