From Order to Delivery

1. You place your orderComplete checkout and payment. You will see an on-screen confirmation straight away.
2. You receive a confirmation emailIt includes your order number and a summary of what you bought. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
3. We pack and dispatchYour order is checked, carefully packed and handed to the carrier, normally within 48 business hours.
4. You receive trackingWe send you tracking details as soon as they are available so you can follow your parcel.
5. Your parcel arrivesThe carrier delivers to the address you gave us. Please inspect the package when it arrives.

All products are for research use only and are not for human or veterinary use.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are normally dispatched within 48 business hours of payment being confirmed.
• Our team works Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. Orders placed outside these hours are processed when we next open.
• Orders may take longer during busy periods, public holidays, or if we need to carry out payment or identity checks.
• If there is any delay, we will contact you.

Shipping Options and Costs

We offer two shipping options. Choose the one that suits your timeline and budget at checkout.

• Delivery estimates start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you order.
• Estimates are not guaranteed. Carriers, weather, customs and other events outside our control can cause delays.
• Shipping costs are in US dollars (USD) and are added at checkout.

Seizure Protection Guarantee

If your tracking shows that your parcel has been held or seized, or you are told by the carrier or customs that it has been, please contact us with your order number and tracking details and we will confirm the next step.

Where We Ship

We ship to many countries worldwide. The destinations available to you are listed at checkout. We may be unable to ship to some countries or regions because of legal, carrier or customs restrictions, and we may decline an order to a destination where we believe the products cannot be lawfully imported.

Your responsibility: before ordering, please make sure that buying and importing research products is legal where you live.

Tracking Your Order

• Tracking details are emailed to you after dispatch, and can also be sent by WhatsApp or Telegram on request.
• Tracking can take a little while to update after dispatch. This is normal.
• If your tracking has not changed for several days, contact us with your order number and we will check with the carrier.

Packaging and Temperature

Products are sealed in vials and protected with padding inside a secure, discreet outer package. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) material is stable and is commonly shipped at ambient temperature for normal transit times.

• Please open your parcel and store the contents as soon as it arrives.
• Store lyophilized material according to the guidance supplied with your order. Many laboratories keep it in a cool, dark, dry place or a freezer for long-term storage.
• If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, take photos before opening it and contact us within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped across borders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless we say otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Customs authorities may inspect, delay, hold or seize parcels. We have no control over this, which is why every order is covered by our Seizure Protection Guarantee above.
• If your shipment is seized, we will resend it once at no extra cost or give you a full refund. We cannot compensate for delays caused by customs inspections.
• Please provide a phone number and email so the carrier can reach you if customs needs information.

Delivery Address

• Please double-check your name, address and contact details at checkout. We ship to the address you provide.
• If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually update it only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you, or for parcels that cannot be delivered because the address is incomplete.
• If a carrier cannot deliver and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you. Additional shipping costs to resend it may apply.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

• Delayed parcel: contact us if your order is taking longer than the estimated time. We will look into it with the carrier.
• Lost parcel: if a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace it or refund you.
• Damaged or incorrect order: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. See our Return & Refund Policy for what happens next.

Before You Order: Quick Checklist

• Choose the shipping option that fits your timeline: 6–10 days or 10–15 days.
• Enter your full name, street address, city, postal code and country exactly as the carrier needs it.
• Add a working phone number and email so the carrier or customs can reach you.
• Check that buying and importing research products is allowed where you live.
• Be available, or have someone available, to receive the parcel.
• Keep your order confirmation email and order number in case you need support.

We may update our shipping information from time to time to reflect changes to carriers, destinations or services. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
